deletion.

You can request deletion of your SAMÃH account and associated cloud drawings without reinstalling the app.

Request deletion by email

Subject: DAIVIKA SAMÃH account deletion

Include the email address associated with your SAMÃH account. If possible, send your request from that address. If you cannot access it, let us know. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, include your SAMÃH relay address if available.

Never send your password, verification codes or identity documents.

The button opens your email app. Review and send the message to submit your request. You can also copy the address into your preferred email service.

Delete from the app

Open Profile → Delete Account and follow the instructions. Before continuing, preserve any drawings you want to keep.

Your account and cloud drawings

Your request covers your sign-in account, associated profile information and drawings uploaded to your account, including their previews and project details.

Complete removal must be checked; the app’s confirmation message alone does not establish that everything has been removed.

Drawings on your device

Some drawing information is stored on your phone or tablet. Account deletion may leave this information on the device.

Guest drawings are stored on the device, according to the developer’s implementation report. Removing the app or clearing its data may permanently erase drawings that have not been uploaded.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your cloud account.
