Using Daivika Samãh means you accept these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
• 13 years or older
• Able to legally enter agreements under your local laws
Parents are responsible for any minor using the app.
3. Account Registration

• Google Sign-In
Duplicate accounts are not allowed.
We may merge or block accounts created using the same email.
4. User Content (Your Drawings)
All croquis, drawings, and designs you create belong 100% to you.
However, by using the app, you grant the company a non-exclusive license to:
• Store your drawings
• Process them for app functionality (saving, syncing, export)
We do not claim ownership of your artwork.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
• Copy or redistribute the app
• Reverse engineer the app
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All app designs, croquis templates, graphics, UI elements, and brand assets are the property of:
